Join a student forum about “Being Black and Blue.” This event includes a conversation with Dallas College Police Chief Lauretta Hill about her experience as a Black police officer. Dr. Joe Seabrooks, president of Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus, will share his experiences as a Black college president with a passion for supporting students.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Shanee Moore, associate dean and Title IX coordinator at the El Centro campus, along with student leaders Elizabeth Christian, Phi Theta Kappa president and Mountain View student ambassador, and Jazz Johnson, El Centro iLEAD student leader of the year 2019-2020.
A question-and-answer session will take place after the panel discussion.
